海螃蟹炒年糕

1、準備年糕哦,我在超市買的片狀的拉,買回家以後要放水裏煮熟,然後放到冷水裏面待用,如圖所示哦<br />

2、回家後開始處理螃蟹,剝掉上面的殼,把裏面的螃蟹肉上面的鬚弄掉,一定要弄沖洗幹淨哦.然後用刀把螃蟹一刀兩瓣,這樣好入味啊.看圖哦<br />

3、要把螃蟹醃製一下,放點料酒,澱粉,蔥,薑,大概5分鐘就可以了,看圖哦<br />

4、醃製5分鐘以後,要把螃蟹放入油鍋炸一下,如圖<br />

9、需要的調料有海鮮醬(海鮮醬偏甜,就不要準備糖了),老抽,生抽,鹽,雞精,白酒<br />

10、開始做拉,用剛剛炸螃蟹的油(别浪費哦),放入蔥薑,海鮮醬,翻炒,看我的圖<br />

11、這個時候放入螃蟹,翻炒<br />

12、繼續炒哦,這個時候放入年糕,放入適量的水,<br />

13、繼續翻炒,放入適量的鹽,和老抽,生抽醬油,雞精,在汁收的差不多的時候就可以出鍋了<br />
