玫瑰烏龍茶果凍<br />

材料:<br />
水&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1000g <br />
烏龍茶葉&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 15g <br />
玫瑰花&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10朵 <br />
玫瑰酒&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5g<br />
細糖&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 160g <br />
果凍粉&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 30g <br />
做法:<br />
(一)水煮沸後沖入烏龍茶葉及玫瑰花,浸泡5分鐘。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
(二)將烏龍茶葉過篩之後,繼續煮沸。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
(三)果凍粉與糖乾拌後加入步驟二中拌均勻離火。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
(四)待溫度降至50度時加入玫瑰酒。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
(五)果凍杯中放置花瓣再倒入果凍液,冷卻即可。
