價值千萬的高科技船竟然丟在淡水河邊被當成垃圾?
台北八里河邊有三台造型古怪的船,上面貼著水利局的大型廢棄物處理的公告文,準備當垃圾處理.<br>

這些船可是高科技實驗船,如果我沒記錯的話,這船可是國科會花費千萬打造出來的"水面效應船",海天一號與海天二號是國家打造的,在2002年開始實驗的,另外一台好像是私人投資製作的(我不太確定),我忘記叫啥名子了,但是曾經創造三小時(還是四小時?好多年了都快忘記了)環台紀錄!!時速高達300公里以上(最高可以到450公里/小時)<br>

水利局是瞎了眼把寶貝當垃圾,但是國科會竟然把實驗品丟淡水河邊才是罪該萬死!<br>

我想如果這些垃圾沒人要的話,有錢玩船的朋友應該趕緊把這幾船撿回家去,花點錢把外表裝潢一下,再重新裝上引擎以及飛行用的螺旋槳,以及簡單的航海及飛行的儀器,就可以讓它重新起飛!!是的你沒看錯!就是起飛不是起航.<br>

這些船大約是在高度二公尺左右飛行在海面上,所以才能達到時速450公里的高速.法拉力算啥?就算是F1賽車也沒能比他快!私人航空器也沒他快,當然它比不上噴射機,但是台灣也不準私人擁有噴射機.<br>
