番茄燜豬肉
材料:<br />
豬腹肉薄片....................200g<br />
洋蔥...........................1個<br />
牛蒡...........................2根<br />
橄欖油.......................1大匙<br />
蒜末.......................1瓣分量<br />
(A)雞湯塊....................2/3個<br />
水煮番茄(罐頭)..............1罐<br />
嫩玉米(罐裝)...............12根<br />
(B)鹽.........................少許<br />
胡椒.......................少許<br />
玉米粉....................1大匙<br />
荷蘭芹末...................少許<br />

做法:<br />
1.豬肉切成4CM長,洋蔥縱切成8等分,牛蒡洗淨切成4CM長段,再縱切為2,泡醋水。<br />
2.在鍋中倒入橄欖油加熱,先爆香蒜末,再加入1,而後再放入2杯水和(A),邊去除泡沫渣邊煮15~20分鐘。<br />
3.在2中放入嫩玉米約煮5分鐘,再以(B)調味,完成後倒入1:1的玉米水加以勾芡,而後盛在容器中,撒上荷蘭芹末即成。<br />
