[家常菜餚] 懶人牛奶火鍋

(熱騰騰、香噴噴、超簡單!宿舍自備電磁爐跟鍋子就好了歐!)<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;豬肉片、雞肉丁、(牛肉片、魚肉、貢丸)<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;大白菜、花椰菜、金針菇、香菇、豆腐皮<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;沾醬:醬油、麻油、(沙茶醬)<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

步驟:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;鍋子裝一兩杯水以電磁爐加熱到滾,加入牛奶至鍋子七分滿。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;加入大白菜、香菇。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;滾了之後就可以燙肉片跟其他材料來吃了歐~<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;牛奶湯可以加入少許奶油,很香歐!混著蔬菜的鮮味,最後的湯超好喝!<br />
注意:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;花椰菜燙三分鐘即可,雞肉丁視大小而定不要燙太久~<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;牛奶鍋溫度比用水煮來得高且散熱慢,喝湯的時候要小心燙歐!<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;牛肉片跟魚肉不太建議放,味道不太和的感覺。豬肉片就很讚!
