1) 肉條用叉子叉幾下,加腌料抓勻,裝入一個密封袋,入冰箱冷藏24小時。其間翻動幾次,使腌料分布均勻;<br />
2) 腌好的肉條用棉繩捆好後放烤架上,多餘腌料加蜂蜜調成蜜汁調料;<br />
3) 烤箱預熱350F,放肉條烤25分鍾,每10分鍾取出肉條刷一層蜜汁調料。翻面再烤25分鍾,中間再刷兩次蜜汁調料。烤好的叉燒稍涼後拆線,切片。 <br />
