月子餐新吃法》取代腰花第一名 巴戟天黑豆雞湯

1.黑豆選用青仁黑豆更補腎;炒至表皮微裂即可。<br />

2.巴戟天可先用清水洗過。<br />

3.小火燉煮時,浮出的黑豆殼末,可先撈除。<br />

4.雞腿可改用排骨,加些紅蘿蔔增色也不錯。<br />

功效:溫子宮、補腎陽、強筋骨,一般人(不分男女)補腎也可以<br />

材料:巴戢天3錢、牛蒡1/2根、黑豆4兩、雞腿1隻<br />

調味料:鹽1小匙、料酒2大匙<br />

1.牛蒡削去外皮,洗淨後切小塊。另將雞腿洗淨切塊,把血塊去除,汆燙後取出瀝乾撈起。<br />
