1.若要更美味,可用雞骨架來熬高湯,取代清水入鍋煮。<br />

2.黃耆與枸杞不能同時入鍋熬,枸杞約在起鍋前放入即可。<br />

1.黃耆、枸杞以清水快速沖淨後,瀝乾備用。另將雞腿洗淨切塊,把血塊去除,汆燙後取出瀝乾撈起。<br />

2.雞腿與黃耆放入鍋中,加5碗水熬煮,先以大火煮開、再轉小火續煮約25分鐘。<br />
