月子餐新吃法》十全大補雞湯

洗藥材~先將藥材裝在漏勺裡,清水快速沖過即可。<br />

功效:補養產後氣血兩虛,改善體質。平時容易手腳冰冷、腰酸背痛,皆可燉來補身,冬天可多吃<br />
<br />
材料:雞腿1隻,十全大補藥材~當歸2錢、熟地2錢、炒芍1錢、川芎1錢、黨蔘3錢、白朮2錢、茯苓2錢、炙甘草1錢、黃耆3錢、桂枝0.5錢<br />

調味料:鹽1小匙、料酒1大匙<br />

1.所有藥材以清水快速沖淨、瀝乾備用。另將雞腿洗淨切塊,把血塊去除,汆燙後取出瀝乾撈起。<br />

2.雞腿與所有藥材入湯鍋,加5碗水,大火煮滾後轉小火再煮約25分鐘。<br />
