作法步驟:<br />
<br />
1.芥菜膽一片片切開;冬菇泡軟去蒂;薑切片;干貝浸泡一夜後捏成絲狀;鮑魚切薄片;魷魚切淺十字紋後切塊;生腸切成菊花狀;鴨腎切花;蹄筋切塊;豬肉切薄片。<br />

2.將A料放入開水中燙至水再開即撈出,放入煲(砂鍋)中;然後放入B料稍燙後,撈出。<br />
<br />
3.燒開4杯高湯,加B料、C料及1茶匙油,煮至水開,即盛起倒煲內,另可加紅蘿蔔片裝飾。<br />
<br />
4.將煲移置爐上,以中火煮開即可上桌。<br />
