竹節雞盅

作法步驟:<br />
<br />
1.竹筒先泡水 2 小時後備用。<br />
<br />
2.香菇用水 21/2杯泡軟,取出,汁留用。<br />
<br />
3.A料剁碎置於鍋中,調上B料及香菇汁,用筷子不停地順向拌至呈黏稠狀。<br />
<br />
4.取竹筒,分別放入肉餡至九分滿,覆玻璃紙,並用膠帶固定,以 80%電力蒸 18 分鐘即可。<br />
<br />
備註:<br />
<br />
竹筒本身乾燥,所以泡水吸收水份,以免烹調時起火燃燒。<br />
