干貝芥菜膽

作法步驟:<br />
<br />
1.干貝加6大匙清水,蒸 1小時泡發備用。<br />
<br />
2.將芥菜心放開水中,加蘇打粉稍燙即撈出沖冷水,再放進燒開的高湯中,加 A料燙煮 2分鐘,撈起整齊排列在般中。<br />
<br />
3.將干貝撕成絲狀,連同湯汁一起煮開,仍入太白粉水禸歡,盛起澆淋在芥菜上,再將千貝絲舖勻即可。<br />
