(海拋)在南沙太平島，狗不如垃圾

內容介紹：島上約有二，三十隻大大小小的狗不等， <br />
我不了解這些狗的繁衍史是多早以前開始， <br />
但這些狗兒一直繁衍下去的後果就是---海拋 <br />
&quot;海拋&quot;這詞對島上的人是再熟悉不過了， <br />
海拋狗兒這政策會在一年內實施個幾次不一定， <br />
但一實行，作下面的怎麼說也不敢反抗&quot;上面&quot;的命令， <br />
只能眼睜睜看著心愛的狗兒被用膠帶綑綁雙腳，用膠筏載至海上丟棄。 <br />
用膠帶捆腳當然是為了防止狗兒游回---夠慘忍了。 <br />

當然總是會有人對此事提出反應， <br />
但當小兵的，能拿出的立場，態度及膽識，真的有限。 <br />
在一次集會中，聽到一個解釋-- <br />
因為島上食物資源不夠，怕這些狗吃掉太多，所以不得已要海拋，以維持一定的數量。 難道沒人知道這小島上一天要倒掉的剩菜剩飯量，可以供島上的人類再吃一餐了。 畢竟這只是個理由，反正，狗丟定了。 實際點的方法總是沒人要做，只要把母狗全送回台灣，不就能解決繁殖問題了。 任何可行不可行的方法都比殺掉這些狗兒妥善且人道吧， <br />

補充一點，前幾年南沙太平島的垃圾也都是直接海拋往海裡丟的， <br />
後來改善了，一般垃圾挖個大洞焚燒，資源垃圾則運回台灣回收。 <br />
我想狗兒比這些回收資源都還不如。 <br />

總之前前後後不曉得有多少狗兒生命斷送在這片南海上 <br />
和島上小廟裡掛的&quot;佑我太平&quot;四字的匾額成諷刺對比， <br />
人太平就好，狗...往海裡拋就好啦!! <br />
