焗蜜糖綠茶紅豆芝士蛋糕

<font size="4">1&nbsp;&nbsp;隻雞蛋<br />
1/4 杯鮮奶<br />
1&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙麵粉<br />
2&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙蜜糖<br />
1&nbsp;&nbsp;湯匙綠茶粉</font><br />
<font size="4">12 安士忌廉芝士<br />
100 克罐頭紅豆粒<br />
1/2 茶匙雲呢拿精華<br />
<br />
餅&nbsp;&nbsp;底 :&nbsp; &nbsp;</font><br />
<font size="4">1&nbsp;&nbsp;安士無鹽牛油<br />
2&nbsp;&nbsp;安士消化餅(壓碎)<br />
1&nbsp;&nbsp;安士粟米片(壓碎)<br />
<br />
做&nbsp;&nbsp;法 :&nbsp;&nbsp;</font><br />
<font size="4">(1) 牛油煮溶,加餅碎拌勻。置七吋蛋糕盤底(己塗<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;油及墊紙)放平,待用。<br />
(2) 將雞蛋、麵粉及罐頭紅豆粒拌勻候用。<br />
(3) 將鮮奶、綠茶粉及雲呢拿精華拌勻備用。<br />
(4) 將忌廉芝士打滑,加蜜糖打勻後拌入已攪勻的<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;(2)及(3)材料中,即成餅料。<br />
(5) 將餅料放蛋糕盤中抹平,置 180 度焗爐坐水焗<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;一小時。<br />
(6) 蛋糕取出待涼,再放雪櫃最少兩小時,結實後<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;飾以忌廉即成。<br />

備&nbsp;&nbsp;註 : 綠茶粉可於日式超級市場選購。但要留意某些<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 綠茶粉已經加糖,方便即沖即飲。應選購無糖<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 的純綠茶粉,綠茶味更濃。</font><!--YSM BEGIN(1)-->
