畢業展端美食用餐請進飛行船

從入關、蓋入境章到走進座艙享用美食，彷彿身歷其境，美和科技大學餐旅系第三屆畢業展，不僅將實習餐廳妝點成飛行船客艙，把餐券設計成護照，學生們更打扮成機長、空服員，為期一周的畢業展，每天提供不同國家的特色餐點，每場八十席次，場場客滿。 
 
高朋滿座的實習餐廳，週一至週五分別推出台灣、義大利、上海、日本等美食，其中重頭戲在週五晚間的「台灣廟會辦桌」，畢業展學生總召黃鈞揚表示，同學們學習了中西各類美食，希望透過畢業展來展示成果，於是透過飛行船的概念，載著旅客到世界各地享用美食來進行展覽，另外在「台灣廟會辦桌」也將以八家將出菜秀開場。 
 
扮演機艙長的同學戴良輔表示，畢業展每天提供中餐、下午茶及晚餐，每份收費五百元，沒想到在同學們的努力下，場場爆滿，看見各界的肯定，相當感動，也相信同學們未來都能在自己的工作崗位上有好表現。 
 
餐旅系主任覃孟雄表示，這次畢業展學生從菜單設計、食材採購、佈置裝潢、外場服務等全部親力親為，展現在業界實習的成果，今年餐旅系畢業邁入第三屆，每年該系學生畢業就業率達百分之百，全數同學都在畢業前就被企業相中。
