  材料<br />
  <strong>橄欖油10毫升,去皮去骨雞胸肉455克,切成細條,泰國紅咖喱醬15克,意大利瓜125克,切成半圓狀片(若沒有意大利瓜,可以用黃瓜代替),紅柿椒1個,去子,切成條狀,胡蘿蔔60克,切片,洋蔥1個,切成8瓣,太白粉8克,椰奶1罐(420毫升),切好的新鮮香菜葉6克</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.將油放入大煎鍋,在中大火上預熱。加雞肉,翻炒約3分鐘。加咖喱醬、意大利瓜、紅椒、胡蘿蔔和洋蔥,繼續翻炒幾分鐘。<br />
  2.將太白粉融入椰奶裡,然後倒進鍋裡。待椰奶燒開後,將火調至中,煮一分鐘。僅在食用前才加入香菜葉。</strong><br />
