日式咖哩海鮮飯

材料<br />
<strong>蝦子120公克,干貝50公克,魚肉80公克,洋蔥50公克,紅蘿蔔50公克,蕃茄50公克,姜30公克,白飯1碗,日式高湯1又1/2杯,咖哩塊2格(約40公克),醬油1大匙,酒1大匙</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.)將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、番茄、姜先切成小丁,再用食物處理器攪打成泥狀。<br />
2.)鍋內放入2大匙油,先把作法1的蔬菜泥炒香,再放入海鮮料拌炒,最後加入所有調味料,用小火慢慢煮至濃稠狀,搭配白飯食用即可。</strong><br />
