蒜蓉辣椒醬

<strong>主料:紅辣椒3斤、西紅柿1斤<br />
調料:豆瓣醬、米醋少許、白糖0.5斤、大蒜0.5斤</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、紅辣椒洗淨去蒂去籽。<br />
2、把洗淨的紅辣椒和西紅柿入料理機打碎,大蒜打成蓉備用。<br />
3、鍋中加入打碎的辣椒、西紅柿、一半的蒜蓉,白糖、一包面醬、一包醋大火燒開,小火慢慢熬煮直到濃稠�止,大約半小時.<br />
4、熬好後放涼,加入另一半蒜蓉拌勻即可,冷藏保存1個月左右。</strong><br />
