<strong>材料<br />
材料1:芋頭,排骨,雞翅尖,豬腳,板栗,鴿蛋,蒜頭<br />
材料2:蹄筋,香菇,豬肚,鯊魚皮,干貝</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將材料1炸熟備用。<br />
2、取一大盅依順序放入材料:芋頭、排骨、豬腳、板栗、蒜頭、鴿蛋、豬肚、雞翅尖、鯊魚皮、蹄筋、干貝、香菇。<br />
3、加滿高湯、米酒、少許鹽。<br />
4、封蓋,小火蒸6個小時起鍋。</strong><br />
