竹蓀土雞湯

<strong>材料<br />
竹蓀20根老雞半隻,香菇10朵大蔥1段,老薑4片料酒一湯勺,料酒一湯勺鹽和蔥花適量</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1.將竹蓀冷水泡發30分鐘,去掉雜質,擠干水分;<br />
2.香菇泡軟後清洗乾淨,對切備用;<br />
3.把雞剁成塊後清洗乾淨,在沸水中煮開,瀝乾水分<br />
4.鍋中油5成熱後,放入雞塊、料酒、姜塊,大火炒出雞油<br />
5.將炒好的雞塊放入燉鍋,加入半鍋開水、香菇,大火煮開,轉小火燉2小時<br />
6.再放入竹蓀煲半小時,起鍋時放入鹽和蔥花調味</strong><br />
