  主料:茼蒿400克,<br />
  調料:植物油40克,鹽2克,白砂糖5克,味精1克,香油5克</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.選用新鮮的嫩茼蒿菜,去根和雜質,清洗乾淨,瀝乾水;<br />
  2.將炒鍋置大火上燒熱,迅速煸炒,炒至顏色變深綠,菜變軟時加入白糖、味精,炒勻即可出鍋裝盤,淋上香油,趁熱上桌供食。</strong><br />
