正宗泰國腰果雞

材料<br />
<strong>菜籽油15毫升,大黃洋蔥1個,大黃柿椒1個,番茄醬45毫升,蚝油8克,醬油15毫升,雞湯80毫升,白糖4克,泰國蒜蓉辣椒醬5克,去皮去骨半雞胸肉4塊,意大利瓜1條,小黃南瓜1個,西蘭花170克,鮮蘑菇225克(每個切4瓣),無鹽腰果70克</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、大黃洋蔥、大黃柿椒、意大利瓜、小黃南瓜、西蘭花切碎;雞胸肉切成一口大小<br />
2、將油放入炒鍋裡在中火上預熱。加洋蔥和黃辣椒,炒到菜變軟。<br />
3、加番茄醬、蚝油、醬油、雞湯、糖、蒜蓉辣椒醬,炒勻。<br />
4、再把雞肉、西葫蘆、小南瓜、西蘭花和蘑菇加入鍋中炒。<br />
5、繼續邊炒邊攪約10分鐘,直到蔬菜開始變軟及雞肉汁透明。食用之前混入腰果。</strong><br />
