材料<br />
<strong>預焙的比薩餅底1(直徑30釐米)個,花生調味醬(沙爹醬)196克,幼滑花生醬65克,熟的去皮去骨雞胸肉225克,切成細條狀,切碎意大利奶酪120克,混勻,青蔥1束,切碎,新鮮豆芽35克(可選),胡蘿蔔細絲55克(可選),碎烤花生仁8克(可選)</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.預熱烤箱至200攝氏度 。<br />
2.取一個小碗,加入花生調味醬和花生醬攪勻,均勻塗抹在比薩餅上,再將雞肉條鋪在上面,灑上蔥和奶酪。<br />
3.將比薩餅放入預熱的烤箱烘烤8至12分鐘,烤到奶酪融化及冒氣泡。再將豆芽、胡蘿蔔、碎花生仁放在最上面(如果選用)。切成楔形片即可食用。</strong><br />
