粉葛鯪魚湯

<strong>材料<br />
主料:鯪魚500克,葛根500克,<br />
輔料:蜜棗30克,<br />
調料:姜5克,鹽5克</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1.將粉葛洗淨,去皮,切大件;<br />
2.蜜棗去核,略洗;<br />
3.鯪魚去鱗、鰓、腸雜,洗淨滴乾水;<br />
4.起油鍋,爆香姜,下鯪魚煎至表面微黃,取出;<br />
5.把粉葛、鯪魚、姜、棗一齊放入鍋內,加清水適量,武火煮沸後,文火煲三小時,湯成調味即可</strong>。<br />

小訣竅<br />
<strong>健康提示:<br />
清熱解肌、去除濕火;<br />
高血壓病、動脈粥樣硬化症屬濕火傷筋者,症見關節痠痛、頸項強痛、肢體倦苔、口渴微熱、小便短黃、苔黃、脈滑數;亦可用於糖尿病,落枕等;肝腎兩虛之高血壓病不宜飲用本湯。<br />
食物相剋:<br />
