基圍蝦7個<br />
絲瓜1根<br />
輔料剁椒1匙<br />
大蒜4瓣<br />
醬油1匙<br />
白砂糖1/2小匙<br />
花生油1匙</strong><br />

蒜茸絲瓜鮮蝦盅的做法<br />
<strong>步驟1:準備所需材料。<br />
步驟2:絲瓜切成小段,用小刀挖掉一部分瓤,做成絲瓜盅。<br />
步驟3:將基圍蝦剪去頭挑去沙線,剝去蝦身上的殼並保留尾部末端那一小節,再將背部剪開一個洞,將蝦尾塞入洞中露出尾部做成蝦球。<br />
步驟4:將做好的蝦球塞在挖好的絲瓜盅裡。<br />
步驟5:剁椒裡加入搗好的蒜泥和1匙蒸魚豉油,再加小半匙糖,最後倒入一點食用油拌勻。<br />
步驟6:將做好的成品和調味料擺在蒸籠裡準備上鍋蒸。<br />
步驟7:蒸鍋裡水沸騰後,將絲瓜蝦盅和調味料一同上鍋蒸,大火3--5分鐘關火,再燜1分鐘即可出鍋,最後將蒸好的調料淋在絲瓜蝦盅上即可。</strong><br />
