  <strong>主料<br />
  豬肉(裡脊)2片<br />
  輔料芝麻油適量<br />
  胡椒粉適量<br />
  醬油適量<br />
  玉米澱粉適量<br />
  紅薯澱粉適量<br />
  陳醋1中匙<br />
  番茄醬3大匙<br />
  洋蔥1/4顆<br />
  大蔥2株<br />
  彩椒1/4顆<br />

  <strong>步驟1:備料:洋蔥、彩椒切片狀,青蔥切段,里肌以醃料稍微醃漬,番茄醬備用。<br />
  步驟2:將醃好的里肌肉均勻沾裹一層地瓜粉。<br />
  步驟3:接著放入油鍋炸至金黃撈起瀝油備用。<br />
  步驟4:另外用3大匙油熱鍋後,加入砂糖煸一下,讓砂糖香氣煸出 。<br />
  步驟5:再放入玉米水粉入鍋滾煮,稍微攪拌滾煮均勻受熱 。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;步驟6:再取出番茄醬擠出約3大匙量及1中匙陳醋老梅膏於鍋中攪拌。<br />
  步驟7:接著放入洋蔥、彩椒切片狀,青蔥切半炒數下。<br />
  步驟8:最後放入里肌肉片過一下茄汁即可起鍋。<br />
  步驟9:美味料理~甜蜜蜜上桌囉。</strong><br />
