  <strong>材料<br />
  斜管面100公克,蛤蜊6顆,透抽50公克,蝦仁30公克,高麗菜絲40公克,蒜末1/2茶匙,蔥2根,粗辣椒粉1茶匙,羅望子醬1茶匙,水150㏄,泰國辣椒膏1茶匙,魚露1茶匙,蚝油1茶匙,糖1茶匙</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.斜管面放入滾水中,煮約8分鐘撈出放涼;蛤蜊吐沙洗淨;透抽切花;蝦仁搓鹽沖水洗淨,蔥切段;備用。<br />
  2.取鍋燒熱後倒入1又1/2大匙沙拉油,放入蒜末與作法1的蔥段爆香,再放入粗辣椒粉略炒。<br />
  3.於作法2的原鍋放入作法1的蛤蜊、透抽與蝦仁略炒,加水及所有調味料,最後放入作法1燙熟的斜管面,以大火炒至湯汁收少即可。</strong><br />
