酸甜石斑魚

<strong>材料<br />
石斑魚1條,黃瓜1|2條,鳳梨1大片,番茄醬6大匙,白米醋6大匙,糖5大匙,鹽1|2小匙,水100ml</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、石斑魚洗淨去鱗,從中間剖成一半(不要斷開),取掉大骨。均勻抹上一點鹽備用。<br />
2、黃瓜與鳳梨切丁。(配料還可以加入西紅柿和甜椒,我沒買到所以就沒用)<br />
3、將番茄醬、白米醋、糖、鹽和水調成一碗醬汁。<br />
4、起鍋熱油,待油滾時,將石斑魚瀝乾水分,均勻沾上玉蜀黍粉,入鍋炸至金黃色酥脆,擺進盤裡。<br />
5、鍋裡倒入一點油,倒入黃瓜和鳳梨略炒,再加入醬汁,待滾就可以了。<br />
6、把醬料淋在魚身上就可以享用了。</strong><br />
