  <strong>材料<br />
  黃瓜4根,鹽,甜麵醬</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1:黃瓜洗乾淨控淨水分,切成3釐米長短的小段,保鮮盒最底部撒一層鹽,鋪上一層黃瓜。<br />
  2:一層鹽一層黃瓜的順序,裝滿保鮮盒。放在冰箱冷藏醃漬48小時後,就可以了。<br />
  3:醃製後的黃瓜一定要用清水浸泡八個小時這樣,不然會有點鹹。拌上甜麵醬淋上少許麻油,青翠爽口又新鮮的醃黃瓜就可以吃了。外面飯店有蘸醬黃瓜賣,這個醃製後的蘸醬醃黃瓜也不錯,你可以試著做一下。甜麵醬超市有很多種口味的,適當的找尋你喜歡的口味。</strong><br />
