  <strong>材料<br />
  雞湯680毫升,酸辣湯料1湯匙,大蒜半頭,香茅草3片,切細(可選),青檸葉2片,去皮無骨雞胸2塊-切成小塊,鮮蘑菇110克,切薄片,魚肉醬1湯匙,鮮青檸汁1湯匙,碎青辣椒1茶匙,胡荽1小把,切碎,九層塔1條,切碎</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1.鍋內倒和雞湯燒開,放酸辣湯料和大蒜,煮2分鐘。再放香茅草,橘子葉。再雞肉下鍋煮5分鐘或者完全煮熟。<br />
  2.加蘑菇、魚醬、橙汁、青椒;繼續煮出湯味。出鍋後,趁熱灑上香菜或者九層塔即可上桌。</strong><br />
