  <strong>原料<br />
  牛仔骨250克。清水6茶匙、生抽兩茶匙、糖1茶匙半、蒜葺1茶匙、大蒜(切碎)2茶匙、白芝麻(磨碎)1茶匙半、胡椒粉半茶匙、芝麻油1茶匙、紹酒1湯匙。</strong><br />

  操作<br />
  <strong>1.將調味料拌勻,再拌入已解凍的牛仔骨,待一至兩小時。<br />
  2.燒熱鍋,加進適量菜油,煎至牛仔骨兩面金黃,加進餘下汁煮滾即可。<br />
  3.吃前再灑上松子碎或芝麻,即可。</strong><br />
