<strong>輔料:胡蘿蔔1個、青椒1個、生薑1塊、蔥、豆瓣醬</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、粉絲要用冷水泡軟即可,撈出來,一定要提前泡提前瀝乾,不然會容易沾鍋。<br />
2、胡蘿蔔青椒切末,薑蔥切末。<br />
3、炒一湯匙紅油豆瓣醬,一定要小火,攪拌,不要糊了,炒到提起鏟子油是紅色的即可。<br />
4、肉末放進去炒到分散發白,放一茶匙糖,放胡蘿蔔和薑蔥末。<br />
5、兌水,不要多,剛好到肉末邊緣,我兌了小半飯碗水。<br />
6、放入粉絲煮一下,水快乾了,用鏟子翻動收汁,放青椒、雞精、香油,關火。</strong><br />
