黑魚片小炒

<strong>材料<br />
黑魚片,胡蘿蔔半根,青椒半個,冬筍1個,薑片少許,蔥段少許,鹽,雞粉,胡椒粉,料酒,生粉</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1.買回來的黑魚片清洗乾淨後,調入適量鹽,少許雞粉,白胡椒粉,料酒,及生粉抓勻入冰箱冷藏醃製10分鐘以上<br />
2.胡蘿蔔切片,青椒及冬筍也切成片,姜切片,蔥切段<br />
3.鍋中放油燒熱後放入魚片滑炒一下,至顏色變白關火撈出備用<br />
4.利用鍋中的余油燒熱後,放入薑片蔥段煸炒,然後依次放入胡蘿蔔及冬筍片翻炒(可以適當灑少許水進去以增加食材的濕潤度),炒至胡蘿蔔略變軟<br />
5.加入青椒翻炒1分鐘,調入少許鹽,最後出鍋前倒入黑魚片,倒少許稀的生粉水勾芡翻勻即可</strong><br />
