香菇山藥炒肉片

山藥 瘦肉片 料酒 糖 生抽 澱粉 鮮香菇 青椒 蔥 姜</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、山藥去皮用水浸泡。瘦肉切片加料酒、糖、生抽、澱粉抓勻。鮮香菇剪去跟,洗淨用開水煮2分鐘。香菇切條,山藥切片,青椒切菱形塊。<br />
2、炒鍋倒油爆香蔥姜,倒肉片炒變色盛出。底油放香菇、山藥、加生抽、糖、鹽、水炒片刻,放青椒,入肉片炒勻,加雞精、香油炒勻。</strong><br />
