  <strong>原料<br />
  蝦、蛋液、面包削。油、澱粉、料酒、鹽、胡椒粉。沾料:ketchup&amp;日式醬油&amp;泰式甜辣醬。</strong><br />

  操作<br />
  <strong>1、蝦去殼,泥腸,用澱粉、料酒、鹽、胡椒粉醃半小時。<br />
  2、蝦先後沾上干澱粉,蛋液,面包削。<br />
  3、入油鍋中溫炸至金黃。</strong><br />
