泰式火雞漢堡

<strong>材料<br />
蛋黃醬225克,椰子乾粉4湯匙,切細碎,切好的新鮮薄荷1小把,火雞肉900克切碎,面包屑250克,泰式花生醬100毫升,紅咖喱粉2湯匙,蔥2根,搗碎,搗碎的新鮮歐芹2湯匙,醬油2茶匙,蒜頭3個,搗碎,檸檬汁2茶匙,青檸汁2茶匙,辣椒醬1湯匙,切片面包8塊,切對半,烤好</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.用一個小碗,將蛋黃醬、葉子和薄荷混在一起。上蓋後在冰箱裡至少冰一個小時。<br />
2.用個大碗將火雞肉、面包屑、泰式花生醬、咖喱粉、蔥花、歐芹、醬油、蒜末、檸檬汁、青檸汁和辣醬混在一起。要注意別攪拌過頭。將它分成8個等份,然後按成大約2.5釐米厚。<br />
3.用中高火將烤架預熱好。<br />
4.在烤架上輕刷層油,將漢堡包每邊烤6-8分鐘或直到烤熟。然後放到烤好的面包上配椰子薄荷蛋黃醬一起吃。</strong><br />
