泰式咖喱豆腐

<strong>材料<br />
葵花子油1湯匙,老豆腐1塊,切塊,鹽1湯匙,黃油1湯匙,小洋蔥1個,切碎,大蒜3瓣,椰奶1罐,咖喱粉2茶匙,鹽1/2茶匙,磨碎的黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,香菜10克</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.用平底鍋大火下油,加豆腐塊和鹽,直至豆腐的每一面都煎成金黃色,約15分鐘,然後剷起。<br />
2.中火重新加熱平底鍋,抹一點黃油,加入洋蔥和大蒜,煮至洋蔥變軟,然後加入椰奶、咖喱粉、鹽、黑胡椒粉和香菜一起炒。<br />
3.最後把豆腐放進鍋裡一起煮,慢火煮15分鐘以後,炒勻,裝碟。</strong><br />
