泰式豬柳

<strong>材料<br />
無骨豬排6塊,熟花生數粒,壓碎,油適量,醃料:,蒜蓉15克,鹽適量,糖適量,魚露45克,胡椒粉適量,香茅1棵,拍扁,切粒,可選,汁料:,蒜蓉15克,魚露30克,青檸汁60克,糖30克,辣椒醬4克,香菜適量,紅椒1/4個,切丁,九層塔葉數片</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.豬排兩面井字形拍松,切塊,再用醃料醃20分鐘。<br />
2.汁料切成小顆攪勻,或用攪拌器攪成小顆狀。<br />
3.大火下油起鍋,先爆香蒜蓉,再放豬排炒至全熟,熄火,加入1湯匙蜜糖炒勻上碟,灑上花生碎,吃時伴汁享用。</strong><br />
