  <strong>材料<br />
  偏口魚 2條<br />
  大蔥,姜塊,大蒜,小辣椒圈 適量<br />
  色拉油,醬油,鹽,白糖,花椒,料酒 適量</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、處理魚:去頭尾、內臟、魚鱗,切成兩段。表面抹上鹽,醃30分鐘-1個小時。<br />
  2、表面蘸上乾麵粉,放入鍋中用油兩面煎到金黃色。<br />
  3、倒入水、醬油、蔥姜蒜、料酒、鹽、白糖、花椒,煮30分鐘,收汁即可。</strong><br />
