<strong>材料<br />
皮皮蝦兩斤，麻椒40粒，鹽15克</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、皮皮蝦洗乾淨，上鍋蒸五分鐘。這樣可以減少炒的時間。<br />
2、鍋入少許油，五成熱時倒入花椒粒，小火炒香<br />
3、放入蒸好的皮皮蝦，翻炒，撒入三勺鹽，小火翻炒10-15分鐘。</strong><br />
