牛肉乾

<strong>主輔料:牛肉、熟芝麻<br />
調味料:鹽、味精、雞精、辣椒面、花椒面、薑片、蔥片、炒好的糖色。</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將牛肉鹵至成熟,然後改刀成條。<br />
2、鍋內倒油,待油溫燒到六成左右,下入切好的牛肉條炸干多餘的水分後,撈出待用。<br />
3、鍋內燒油,下入姜蒜片炒香,加入鮮湯並調味,加入糖色。<br />
4、然後下入待用的牛肉乾翻炒,燒製牛肉入味。<br />
5、待水分燒乾的時候,下入辣椒面、花椒面、熟芝麻、紅油白糖等繼續翻炒收汁盛盤即可。</strong><br />
