海鮮面包湯

<strong>歐式球狀硬面包2個,奶油50公克,麵粉50公克,高湯500㏄,白魚肉片適量,蛤蜊適量,蟹肉適量,蝦仁適量,花枝適量,洋蔥1/2個,西洋芹1根,鹽少許,胡椒粉少許</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1.將面包切去上蓋,內部挖空成碗狀備用。<br />
2.用小火熱鍋,將奶油放入鍋中融化,離火放入麵粉攪拌至干松,再慢慢加入高湯拌勻(或用果汁機攪拌)備用。<br />
3.將所有材料C汆燙熟,蛤蜊去殼取肉備用。<br />
4.熱油鍋,將洋蔥、西洋芹切末,放入鍋中炒香,倒入作法2的材料一起煮滾,再加入作法3的所有材料用小火煮至濃稠,加入調味料拌勻後熄火,趁熱裝入作法1的面包碗中即可享用。</strong><br />
