竹筍西瓜皮鯉魚湯

<strong>材料<br />
主料:鯉魚1條(約750克),鮮竹筍500克,西瓜皮500克,眉豆60克,生薑,紅棗各適量。</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>竹筍削去硬殼,再削老皮,橫切片,水浸1天;鯉魚去鰓、內臟、不去鱗,洗淨略煎黃;眉豆、西瓜皮、生薑、紅棗(去核)洗淨。<br />
把全部材料放入開水鍋內,武火煮沸後,文火堡2小時,加精鹽調味供用</strong><br />
