腳骨筍鮑魚雞湯

<strong>材料<br />
腳骨筍 3根<br />
百葉結 1盤(半斤)<br />
雞半隻<br />
鮑魚 6個<br />
干蟲草花 適量<br />
高湯(豬蹄/豬骨頭)<br />
鹽巴 少許</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、今天做香糟,所以一早就熬了豬蹄/豬肉湯,熬了3小時。<br />
2、干蟲草花吃前20分鐘用清水沖洗,泡發。<br />
3、高湯裡加進雞、腳骨筍,大火燒開,再改小火慢燉。<br />
4、再加入百葉結、蟲草花、浸泡蟲草花的水,繼續燉。<br />
5、快起鍋前,加入鮑魚和鹽,大火滾開即可。</strong><br />
