  <strong>主料<br />
  三文魚150g檸檬1/4個<br />
  生菜少許蘆筍2根<br />

  輔料<br />
  橄欖油少許黑胡椒少許<br />
  鹽少許</strong><br />

  香煎三文魚的做法步驟<br />
  <strong>1. 三文魚用黑胡椒、鹽、橄欖油醃製半小時。<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. 平底鍋中入油,油燒至6成熱時加入三文魚,煎至兩面呈金黃色。<br />
  3. 將煎好的三文魚放入烤箱,烤箱145°,烤三分鐘。<br />
  4. 將焯過水的蘆筍放入平底鍋中,微煎一下。<br />
  5. 將檸檬放入平底鍋中,煎至表面呈金黃色。<br />
  6. 用蘆筍、檸檬、生菜擺盤即可。</strong><br />
