口水黃瓜的做法步驟<br />
<strong>1. 黃瓜洗淨<br />
2. 用削皮刀削成薄片<br />
3. 加入盆中加上2克鹽醃製一會變軟<br />
4. 準備辣椒面和蒜泥<br />
5. 碗內加入3調羹鮮醬油和2調羹甜醋<br />
6. 把辣椒面和蒜泥加入拌勻<br />
7. 熱鍋加入2調羹花生油爆香淋入碗中<br />
8. 醃製過的黃瓜片捲起擺出自己喜歡的形狀<br />
9. 加入調料<br />
10. 再把枸杞子斬碎撒上即可</strong><br />

<strong>1.黃瓜用鹽醃製一下,不但入味,而且變軟後很容易捲起不會斷裂。<br />
2.甜醋味道是酸甜味,不用甜醋自己要加入白糖調成適合自己喜歡的口味。<br />
