<strong>奧爾良魚排用料<br />
帶魚、奧爾良調味料、雞蛋液、水澱粉、面包糠</strong><br />

奧爾良魚排做法<br />
<strong>1.首先把帶魚清洗乾淨了,然後再切成段,放入容器中,用奧爾良調味料拌勻,醃製30分鐘入味備用。<br />
2.取雞蛋打散至容器中,加入水澱粉,然後把切好的魚段均勻的沾上雞蛋液。<br />
3.沾好雞蛋液的魚排在兩面沾上面包糠。<br />
4.鍋熱倒入適量的植物油,燒到六七成熱。<br />
5.將沾好面包糠的魚排放入鍋中,炸到兩面金黃色即可。</strong><br />

<strong>雞蛋液中的水澱粉只放大約多半湯勺的量,不要放多了,我覺得放點幹澱粉也是可以</strong><br />
