  用料<br />
  <strong>三文魚 100g<br />
  蘆筍 100g<br />
  蘇子葉 4片<br />
  鹽 5g<br />
  礦泉水 120ml<br />
  油 10ml<br />
  鮮檸檬汁 20ml<br />
  日式醬油 30ml</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1. 準備原料。<br />
  2. 蘆筍洗淨切段,放入滾水<br />
  3. 焯熟;<br />
  4. 三文魚去皮切塊,調鹽醃製。<br />
  5. 燒熱煎鍋中的油,放入三文魚略煎至五成熟,取出備用。<br />
  6. 將冰涼的礦泉水、鮮檸檬汁和日式醬油調成冰泉清湯。<br />
  7. 焯好的蘆筍、蘇子葉和三文魚盛入容器中,澆入冰泉清湯浸泡即可。</strong><br />
