牛肉闊面卷

<strong>用料:闊面3~4件,免治牛肉110克,青豆2湯匙,忌廉雞湯5湯匙。<br />
調味:水6湯匙,鹽1/8茶匙,糖1/8茶匙。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1。闊面放人滾水中煮7分鐘,熄火局5分鐘。闊面粘後,撈起。<br />
2。青豆放人滾水中煮3分鐘,撈起浸於清水中,冷後撈起滴乾水。<br />
3。牛肉加醃料及忌廉雞湯2湯匙撈勻,加入青豆又撈勻,分放在闊面上,捲成筒形,排在碟上,用中慢火蒸九分鐘至熟。<br />
4。下油半湯匙,放下忌廉雞湯3湯匙煮成糊狀,加入調味邊煮邊攪動,煮成白汁,淋在面捲上。</strong><br />
