油炸蔬丸子

<strong>材料:<br />
白蘿蔔一個(大約800克)、香蔥70克、麵粉80克、胡椒粉、鹽、 蘑菇精適量</strong>.<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:<br />
1、 蘿蔔洗淨去皮,鉋成絲備用.<br />
2 、香蔥洗淨切成末備用.<br />
3 、蘿蔔絲放3茶勺鹽,用手捏幾下拌勻,醃15分鐘.<br />
4 、把醃好的蘿蔔絲用手擠去汁,放入蔥花、麵粉、胡椒粉和蘑菇精拌勻.<br />
5 、用手捏成丸子入油鍋,小火炸成金黃色即可.</strong><br />
